Digiskills say Free Training Pao Ghar Bethay Paisay Kamao!, a Nation-wide Training program aimed at creating a digitally literate populace and delivering 1 million people trainings in future of Pakistan. They also allow the people of Pakistan to take advantage of globalized work and taking Pakistan to the Top spot in freelance service providers.
The digital skills industry, often referred to as online outsourcing, is expected to generate gross service revenue between $15 billion and $25 billion by 2020.
In Pakistan the percentage of Youth is 66% (including women’s) and the unemployment rate is 10.8% (between 15-24 years) which is almost 3.5 million people. The additional Jobs needed are 1.3 million per year. 6.6% is only the Required economic growth rate
This program is offered under the banner of Ministry of Information Technology & Telecom, financially supported by ignite and powered by virtual university. In start, they will offer 10 courses.
